onoff launched today in the U.S. and allows users to create multiple cloud-based phone numbers on a single device. onoff numbers can be used to call and text anyone, just like traditional phone numbers, and the app is different than Skype, WhatsApp and other VoIP services because it works over the cellular network rather than the internet, providing superior reliability. Numbers can be purchased for a monthly subscription starting at $2.99.
