On a regular basis, Apple World Today posts a list of notable new apps or app updates that have been released. They may not necessarily be new, but they’re popular and deserve mention. Here are today’s picks.
Mac OS X Apps/Updates
Reezaa has debuted PDF Merger Mac 1.0, a free Mac OS X utility that allows users to merge multiple PDF files into a single file. You can select multiple PDF documents and, with the click of a single button, efficiently save them into a single document.
The final result retains the formatting, page size, and page orientation of the original files. The sequence of the source PDFs can be modified via the app’s Up and Down buttons.
PDF Merger Mac requires Mac OS X 10.8 or later. It’s available exclusively through the PDF Merger Mac website.
AKVIS has presented the next addition to the popular Countries frame collection for AKVIS Frames and AKVIS ArtSuite — the $15 Italy Frame pack. The pack consists of 80 frame designs created by professional artists: 40 horizontal and 40 vertical.
It’s a complement to the Countries Series. To use the frame packs, you need to have installed one of following programs: AKVIS Frames Free (free) or AKVIS ArtSuite ($49). All AKVIS products run Mac OS X 10.7 or higher.
