With 60W of power and integrated smart auto-detect technology, it sports four Type-A ports and two Type-C ports, so you can safely charge several gadgets simultaneously. And, yes, I said Type-C, which means the Multi-Port USB Charging Station works with Apple’s 12-inch MacBook, which has a solo USB-C port. (And I suspect upcoming MacBook Pros will also have USB-C connectivity.)
The Satechi solution has a compact design (4.5 x 2.75 x 1.13 inches), so it doesn’t take up too much desktop or countertop space.
