One thing that’s been missing from Apple Music is a 24/7 sports talk radio station for sports junkies. Well, sports fanatics, your prayers have been answered! Apple Music today added NBC Sports Radio, featuring live sports talk with pesonalities like Mike Florio, Rodney Harrison, Amani Toomer, and Chris Mannix.
The new service isn’t the only live news or talk station available — those have been available from BBC World Service and NPR for a while. The new station is available to stream via the iOS Music App or in iTunes on a Mac or PC.
NBC Sports Radio is available for all users without a subscription, as part of the iTunes Radio service that’s part of Apple Music. We’re expecting to hear more about other enhancements to Apple Music next week as part of the WWDC 2016 keynote on Monday, June 13.
