The answer to the question in the headline will be “in bed” for a most people, but for those who want to order an Apple Watch sight unseen, 12:01 AM PT (3:01 AM ET) will be the time when they’ll be hunkered down over a Mac or iPhone trying to put in an order for the wearable.
Anyone who is “on the bubble” about whether or not to get an Apple Watch will be able to spend up to 15 minutes with one later on the 10th at Apple Stores in the launch countries. As mentioned earlier this week on the AWT News Update, those interested in purchasing the luxury Apple Watch Edition will get special treatment.
We anticipate that the online Apple Store will shut down at about 9 PM PT on April 9th so that the site can be prepared for the launch and onslaught of orders.
