Where to watch tomorrow’s “Gather Round” event

The day is almost here. Tomorrow — September 12, 2018 — at 10 AM Pacific Time (1 PM ET), invited press and Apple employees will “Gather Round” at the Steve Jobs Theater on the Apple Park campus as the company introduces new products. Those of us who aren’t invited have many good ways to watch the event online.

Apple’s Event Page

The easiest way is to watch the event on Apple’s event page.  Be sure to get there a few minutes before the event starts, make sure you’re using Safari on macOS 10.12 or iOS 10 or later, or if you’re forced to watch on a Windows 10 PC, use Microsoft Edge.

Apple TV

Have a second-generation or later Apple TV? Use the Events app and you’ll be able to watch the event on your big screen. Those who have the Apple TV 4K can even watch the event in all its 4K glory. If you have a tvOS-based Apple TV can download the app from the App Store if it’s not already installed.

Twitter

You’ll also be able to watch the event on Twitter this year! Check out the embedded tweet below for details from Apple.

We’ll be following up the event with plenty of stories about the announcements, so keep your browser pointed to Apple World Today.
