Apple has released watchOS 4.3.1 for the Apple Watch, and tvOS 11.4 for the Apple TV.
The former fixes an issue that caused Apple’s smartwatch to sometimes remain at the Apple Logo during startup for some users. To install watchOS 4.3.1 on your Apple Watch, you’ll need to use the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
tvOS 11.4 supports AirPlay 2 alongside iOS 11.4 which was also released today. If your Apple TV is to automatically download the update, it should do so. If it isn’t you can go to the Settings app, choose System > Software Updates > Update Software. After this, the set-top will restart and install the update.
