Got $2,995 to spend on fitness equipment? Then the Power Plate Move is for you.
Per the folks at Power Plate, which specializes in whole body vibration training equipment, the device’s PrecisionWave technology is engineered “to apply harmonic vibration to trigger the body’s natural reflex response” for “benefits such as increased range of motion, strength and muscle tone, better balance and stability and improved circulation, pain relief and weight control.”
The Power Plate Move — due for release in July — is designed to be used with the Power Plate App, which is free at the Apple App Store. The app offers product guidance, personal training, and on-demand classes for home users.
