The iPhone 14 Pro, Pro Max might sport a hole + pill design

Analyst Ross Young tweets that the upcoming iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max models will sport a hole + pill design.

Here’s his tweet: We now believe Apple will have a hole + pill design on the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max models. The smaller hole will not be invisible…The two hole concept will be unique to Apple, like the notch, not similar to all the pill models from Huawei.

The accompanying graphic is also from Young’s tweet.

As noted by MacRumors, this (sorta) contradicts previous rumors. Some suggested that Apple would adopt a hole-punch design with Face ID somehow moved completely under the display. Others said the next gen smartphones would sport a pill-shaped design instead.
