Apple is preparing a pair of wireless headphones dubbed “AirPods,” two new iPhone models and a total of no less than 10 Apple Watch models — at least that’s what a series of regulatory filings published by the Eurasian Economic Commission — as noted by AppleInsider — hints.
Apple was granted “active” certification status for a wireless headphone product called “AirPods,” alongside three other models to be marketed under the Beats brand. Last month, MacRumors revealed that an “AirPods” trademark filing discovered last October seemingly confirmed Apple’s work on upcoming wireless earphones in lieu of a headphone jack on the iPhone 7.
Also, Russian trademark filings discovered by mobiltelefon.ru confirm that Apple is readying new iPhones with model numbers A1778 and A1784. (The AirPods mock-up accompanying this article are courtesy of phones review.co.uk .)
