ParcSlope is a great hybrid stand for Mac laptops, iPad Pros

By Aaron Lee

Twelve South’s ParcSlope is an $49.99 hybrid stand that works great with a Mac laptop and iPad Pro.MacBook Pro. The sleek metal wedge elevates your device’s screen while tilting your keyboard at desk level for comfortable typing. And it makes a fine drawing easel for the tablet.

Crafted from a seamless sheet of steel, the ParcSlope lifts your Mac or iPad Pro screen to a neck-friendly viewing height, while tilting your keyboard to a comfortable 18-degree typing angle. Built-in cable management keeps your cables and connections from dropping to the floor when you unplug a connected MacBook or iPad to go.

The ParcSlope can be used on virtually any desk at home or work. This stand also comes in handy on a kitchen counter, stand-up workstation or workbench where it elevates a Mac laptop enough to reduce neck strain.

For those who prefer a dual-screen workstation with a Mac laptop, the ParcSlope can be used alongside your favorite external display for a side-by-side setup. The one-piece stand can also be used as part of a stacked display setup in which an external display floats above a MacBook resting atop the ParcSlope.

It has a silicone pad with three small ridges on top that allow 11-inch, 13-inch or 15-inch hinged MacBook screens to fully open. The front cutaway on the ParcSlope is designed to match the one found on Apple devices. Soft silicone pads cushion your Mac or iPad Pro. Rubber pads on the bottom of the stand protect your work surface.
