OtterBox has launched the OtterSpot Wireless Charging System, which it says is the world’s first expandable, sharable and portable wireless charging system.
It offers portable wireless charging for Qi-enabled smartphones and devices. You can stack up to three, portable and shareable OtterSpot wireless batteries on the charging base and top it off with a device for simultaneous charging.
The batteries can be used on-the-go, around the home or in the office with any Qi-enabled device. OtterSpot Wireless Charging Batteries boast 5,000 mAh of capacity and up to 10-watt wireless charge speeds. If you’re out and about and still needing a boost, you can charge the battery and your device through the dual-role USB-C port.
Pricing starts at at $129.95 for a Charging Base and one OtterSpot Wireless Battery. Additional wireless batteries and charging bases can be purchased for $69.95, sold separately.
Otterbox has also released the Qi-certified OtterBox Wireless Charging Pad, $49.95, and Wireless Charging Stand for $59.95. The Charging Stand allows for both landscape and horizontal viewing while charging.
