Notable apps and app updates for Oct. 31, 2016

On a regular basis, Apple World Today posts a list of notable new apps or app updates that have been released. They may not necessarily be new, but they’re popular and deserve mention. Here are today’s picks.

iOS Apps/Updates

HOMic has served up Decide-N-Dine 1.0.1. The free app helps users find open restaurants at any time. It provides a view into open restaurants in your area, along with menus, photos, contact info, and directions on how to get there.

Cocoa Camel has introduced Rock the Note!, a free parody/music app “designed to make the 2016 US Presidential Election season a bit more bearable.” Presidential Election lets users create custom melodies “sung” by the major party candidates, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, with backing tracks in multiple musical genres, including bluegrass, hip-hop, Motown, and dubstep.
