No ‘Apple Glasses’ until 2020?

The long-rumored “Apple Glasses” are in development but won’t launch until 2022, according to DigiTimes (a subscription is required to read the entire article), quoting unnamed “industry sources.”

This is pretty much a year later than even the post pessimistic analysts predicted.  Now such a device will arrive this year, next year, 2021, or 2022, depending on which rumor you believe. It may or may not have to be tethered to an iPhone to work. Other rumors say that Apple Glasses could have a custom-build Apple chip and a dedicated operating system dubbed “rOS” for “reality operating system.”
