News round-up: ‘It’s show time’ event video available on Apple’s YouTube channel (and more)

Since Steve and I can’t cover everything, at the end of each week day, we’ll offer this wrap-up of news items you should check out.

Apple has posted the entire video of the “It’s Show Time” event that took place on Monday. You can view it at the company’s YouTube channel. Also, the Apple Card video already has 15 million views on YouTube.

Apple has rolled out its Search Ads to another 46 countries. Apple’s Search Ads Basic is an App Store ad program designed to simplify the process to eliminate keywords and bids. According to the tech giant, advertisers can tell them your app and monthly budget. 

With its AppleTV+ video streaming biz coming this fall. Apple “needs to have the appetite to spend enormous sums for years — without generating much revenue in return — to make a dent in showbiz,” analysts tell Business Insider.

Apple Pay appears to be coming to at least seven more European countries, reports MacRumors. Those countries are Estonia, Greece, Portugal, Slovakia, Austria, Slovenia, and Romania.

Apple has released the first developer betas of iOS 12.3, macOS 10.14.15, and tvOS 12.3. Registered developers can download the betas via Apple’s developer portal. Or they can be downloaded over-the-air once the proper configuration profile has been installed from the Developer Center.
