Since I can’t cover everything, I like to offer a daily roundup of must-read articles from some other great websites:

° From Macworld: Microsoft’s Outlook for Mac is now free for everyone.

° From The Information: Samsung has long been Apple’s biggest adversary in smartphones and, at times, courtrooms. But despite its best efforts, Apple can’t yet cut ties with the Korean electronics giant because of its dependence on Samsung for a crucial ingredient in its devices: displays.

° From AppleInsider: Wix and Stripe are bringing the Tap to Pay feature on iPhone so US merchants can accept contactless payments without needing special hardware.

° From 9to5Mac: An iPhone 15 front glass leak shows an immersive screen on Pro models and the Dynamic Island coming to non-Pro models, as well.

° From MacRumors: Twitter account Majin Bu today claimed that Apple plans to make its Leather Case available in two additional colors for the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max, as part of an upcoming spring collection. The added colors would be Deep Violet and Golden Brown.

° From The Elec: The 6.1-inch display of the upcoming iPhone SE upgrade will be supplied by China’s BOE.
