° From AppleInsider: Investment bank JP Morgan believes that Apple’s proposed App Store changes could only have a modest impact on the company’s services business and revenue.

° From MacRumors: Images purporting to show counterfeit clones of upcoming Apple Watch Series 7 models have been shared online, giving a closer look at the device’s expected redesign.

° From 9to5Mac: Apple partnered with singer and actress Olivia Rodrigo earlier this month to promote her new song “Brutal” with various digital masks created on the iPad with Procreate and Apple Pencil. Now that the “Brutal” music video is available, Apple made a short clip highlighting that it was “Made with iPad.”

° From The MacObserver: Myst from Cyan Worlds is available now on Apple’s Mac App Store with updated graphics, sound, and more. It also includes M1 Mac support.

° From iMore: Users of Apple Pay in the UK will soon be able to spend as much as £100 without needing their card after it was announced that the increase will take place from October 15. The previous contactless limit was £45.

° From Bloomberg: Apple has launched a new internal webpage focused on vaccinations and has and sent a memo to staffers. It asks everyone who has access to the vaccine to get vaccinated, but stops short of mandating it.

° From MacVoices Live!: Jeff Carlson and Mason Marsh have teamed up to launch a new photography podcast, Photocombobulate. They join host Chuck Joiner on the new episode of “MacVoices Live!”  to talk about what their show will offer, the genesis of the project, and who the target audience is.
