° From Bloomberg: Apple is concerned about its over-reliance on Japan for iPhone flash memory, and is exploring working with a Chinese supplier: Yangtze Memory Technologies.

° From Business Insider: Apple TV+ is suffering from infrastructure problems (including being understaffed) and some content partners have become frustrated with the service.

° From iMore: The Bank of America says that while there are reports of Apple cutting iPhone production, demand for devices remains strong.

° From AppleInsider: Apple Maps now supports real-time alerts sourced from Safety Cloud, a digital alerting platform used by emergency responders and construction zones.

° From MacVoices Live!: On the new episode, Adam Engst of “TidBITS” discusses some interesting use cases that the major map apps don’t address. If you are a runner, a walker or a hiker, he explains why the needs, and the solutions, are different, and picks some of his favorites.ways that he uses maps that many of us wouldn’t think about.
