Apple is expected to announced three new iPhones — the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Plus, and iPhone XC — on Wednesday at the “Gather Round” event, and already the rumors are flying on when the new phones can be picked up at Apple retail and carrier stores or when first shipments will arrive at homes and offices. An Italian shipping company notified its employees that a “high-traffic day” is coming soon, with that date being September 21.
That jives with expectations that the new phones will be announced on Wednesday, September 12, pre-orders will begin at 12:01 AM PT on Friday, the 14th, and deliveries start taking place one week later.
iPhone Italia posted the photo seen at the top of this page, which indicates that shipments are expected to be high on the 21st as well as during September 25th through the 27th.
