iPad sees best revenue since Apple’s first fiscal quarter of 2016

The iPad revenue of US$6.79 billion in Apple’s fiscal fourth quarter that ended September 26 was the company’s best since the first fiscal quarter of 2016.

iPad revenue was up 46% and the installed base for it and the Mac reached an all-time high. “Both are incredibly relevant products for our customers in the current environment,” says Chief Financial Officer Luca Maestri. He adds that the new iPad Air and eighth generation iPad have been well-received.
