iOS15/iPadOS 15: how to add widgets to Today View

With iOS 14/iPadOS 15 and later, you can use widgets on your Home Screen to keep your favorite information at your fingertips. For instance, you can add widgets to the Today View.

Here’s how:

Touch and hold a widget or an empty area in Today View until the apps jiggle.

Tap the Add button (+) in the upper-left corner.

Scroll down to select a widget, then choose from three widget sizes.

Tap Add Widget, then tap Done.

(This how-to is based on my experiences and info on Apple’s support pages — where the images sometimes come from.)
