Glass Elite Edge for the iPhone 11 line shines with super-tough glass, ClearPrint tech

InvisibleShield has expanded its lineup of screen protection offerings for the iPhone 11 family with the Glass Elite Edge, which the company says packs its strongest glass ever, as well as their renowned ClearPrint technology.

ClearPrint is an oil-dispersing treatment that helps reduce all those irritating fingerprints and smudges. It doesn’t make them entirely disappear, but does make them less noticeable.

But back to the “strongest glass ever” claim. The folks at InvisibleShield say the Glass Elite Edge boasts ion exchange technology that increases surface compression for increased hardness and scratch-resistance. I’ll take their word for it, but I can attest to their claim that the high-quality tempered glass looks and feels as smooth and glossy as the iPhone’s original screen.

The Glass Elite Edge has a subtle, painted border that matches the color of  the iPhone 11 devices. The cool visual effect is the “disappearance” of the the screen protector.

The case friendly Glass Elite comes with EZ Apply tabs, an installation tray, and rubber install mat that, per the folks at InvisibleShield, “make installation simple and accurate.” However, I must add my usual disclaimer regarding screen protectors that Yours Truly has never been able to apply any screen protection without leaving bubbles. If your track record is the same, get a truly gifted screen protector applier to do it for you.

The Glass Elite Edge is now available for $39.99 on ZAGG.com for the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max devices.
