Expect 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros with M4 chips before year’s end

Analyst Ross Young tweets that 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros with M4 processors will launch before year’s end.

The Sellers Research Group (that’s me) says that makes sense. With Apple packing an M4 chip in the new iPad Pro, it only makes sense for the processor to come to the Mac laptop line. I expect they’ll be available for purchase sometime in October.

I doubt that the next gen MacBook Pros will have any design changes. Apple is reportedly looking into thinner Mac laptops, iPhones, and Apple Watches, but I don’t foresee any skinnier products in those categories before 2025.

I hope that you’ll consider becoming a patron of Apple World Today. Prices range from $2 a month to $10 a month. You can sign up here. Thanks in advance for your support.
