Apple has registered a handful of new devices in the Eurasian commission database that hints at new iPads coming soon, reports 9to5Mac. The filings are for tablets running iOS 11.
9to5Mac opines that any iPad updates coming in the next couple of months are NOT ones equipped with FaceID. The Sellers Research Group agrees. Most likely they will be refreshes of the 9.7-inch “non-pro” tablet.
Revamped iPad Pros with FaceID and TrueDepth cameras should arrive in late summer or early fall. OLED panels will likely arrive on at least some high end models of the pro tablet line.
