San Francisco-based DODOcase has been making beautiful bound cases for iPads since day one, so it’s no surprise that the company has just announced the Multi-Angle for iPad Pro (US$79.95).
The company’s signature iPad cases have always used a wood tray to hold the iPad, but the company realized that the larger size of the iPad Pro would make the case too thick and heavy, so they’ve moved to a polymer tray now. The result is a rather skinny case, just 0.625 inches thick.
For those of you who are going with the Apple Pencil when you get your iPad Pro, there’s also an elastic loop to secure the Pencil or any other stylus you use. Of course, all of the DODOcase designs come with a wrap-around elastic to keep the case closed in transit.
The Multi-Angle for iPad Pro comes in four distinct color combinations: black/charcoal, slate/indigo, granite/merlot, and my personal favorite green/gunnysack. The company says there’s about a two-week production period after order and before shipping.
