Courant‘s MAG:3, the company’s first 2-in-1 MagSafe-compatible charging tray, is one of the most luxurious, of not THE most luxurious, charging trays I’ve seen.
If you want such a device that adds a sophisticated flair to your desk, this is for you. The MAG:3 combines the overall aesthetic of Courant’s best-selling CATCH:3 wireless charging pad, with the wireless magnetic technology inherent to its more recently-launched MAG lineup.
You can choose from two materials (Belgian linen, US$150) and Italian leather, US$200)) and five neutral colorways (Black, Saddle, Camel, Charcoal, Natural).
However, the MAG:3 doesn’t just look good, it’s practical. It features a MagSafe-compatible charging zone that locks the user’s phone in place, a second Qi-compatible charging spot to simultaneously power up AirPods (or a second device), and an extra USB-C port to power up a third device.
What’s more, the charging pad — compatible with iPhones 12 and later and with wireless-compatible AirPods—has a spacious “valet tray” for everyday essentials (like your keys, wallet, etc.).
I really like the updated design of Courant’s second-generation wireless charging tray. However, I do wish it had a pop-up stand as I like to have my iPhone propped up for use with such features as StandBy.
If that’s not a concern for you and you don’t mind splurging on a charging tray, the Courant MAG:3 is for you.
