Apple’s Jennifer Bailey to keynote at TRANSACT

The Electronic Transactions Association (ETA), the the global trade association representing more than 500 payments and technology companies, says Jennifer Bailey, Apple’s vice president of internet services, will deliver the keynote address at TRANSACT , the world’s largest payments technology event.  

Bailey, who leads the Apple Pay team, will discuss how Apple is bringing customers and merchants an easy, convenient and secure payments experience. TRANSACT takes place April 30-May 2, 2019, in the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Las Vegas.

“I’m thrilled to talk to the payments industry at TRANSACT,” said Bailey in a press release. “We have a great story to tell about how we are working to bring customers even better payment experiences in all aspects of their daily lives.”

She led the launch of Apple Pay in 2014. Apple’s mobile payment service is now active in 26 markets worldwide with over 5,200 banking partners.
