Apple releases second developer beta of macOS Big Sur 11.3

Apple has released a second build of the macOS Big Sur 11.3 beta.

Registered developers can download the beta via Apple’s developer portal. Or it can be downloaded over-the-air once the proper configuration profile has been installed from the Developer Center.
