Apple releases public betas of iOS 13.1, iPadOS 13.1

I’m not sure what to make of this, but Apple has released the first public betas of iOS 13.1 and iPadOS 13.1 — even though the non-beta versions of the operating system updates aren’t yet available.

The public betas are available on Apple’s Beta Software Program website. Just remember that beta software, so proceed with care.

Apple does public betas in order to increase the size of the pool of testers. The tech giant recommends keeping back-ups of your files before installing a public beta.
