Comparably – a workplace culture monitoring platform best known for its annual Best Places to Work series – has released a new customer-based ratings list of the Top 100 Best Brands. Apple ranks sixth on the list.
Ahead of Apple are Peloton, Netflix, Costco, Chick-fil-A, and Amazon. Trailing Apple in the top 10 are Nike, Target, Google, and Spotify.
Based solely on customer feedback provided on Comparably.com over the past year (August 2020 through August 2021), the rankings were determined by hundreds of thousands of ratings in several key areas. Those include: quality of the product or service, ROI, customer service, overall satisfaction with the company, loyalty, and NPS (Net Promoter Score – how likely they are to recommend the company/brand to a friend).
