Apple ranked seventh among the most intimate brand among millennials, according to MBLM’s Brand Intimacy 2020 Study, which is the largest study of brands based on emotions, now in its 10th year.
Brand Intimacy is defined as the emotional science that measures “the bonds we form with the brands we use and love.” The top 10 Most Intimate Brands were: PlayStation, Amazon, Target, Disney, Ford, Jeep, Apple, YouTube, XBox and Nintento
Apple drops from the number two spot in 2019. In the 2018 report, it nabbed the top spot.
The Brand Intimacy 2020 Report contains rankings of brands based on emotion, analyzing the responses of 6,200 consumers and 56,000 brand evaluations across 15 industries in the U.S., Mexico, and (United Arab Emirates).
