° From AppleInsider: Apple will see only limited near-term or medium-term risks because of the current macroeconomic conditions, according to investment bank JP Morgan.

° From Business Korea: Samsung recently hired Kim Woo-pyeong, a semiconductor expert from Apple.

° From Bloomberg: China has forced some of its biggest companies, including iPhone maker Foxconn to operate within a “closed loop” restricted system for seven days as the southern manufacturing hub of Shenzhen battles its latest Covid outbreak.

° From MacRumors: Apple Store enthusiast and creative extraordinaire Michael Steeber today announced the launch of The Apple Store Time Machine, a new interactive Mac app that lets you “travel back in time” and revisit four iconic Apple Stores on their grand opening days.

° From 9to5Mac: As reports continue to circulate regarding Apple’s interest in a deal for NFL Sunday Ticket, the NFL has officially announced its new NFL+ streaming service. The new NFL+ streaming service offers access to a number of NFL games exclusively on your iPhone and iPad, with some caveats.

° From Cult of Mac: In a rare move, Apple will run a four-day promotion in China and offer hefty discounts of up to RMB 600 ($90). The discount will be applicable for iPhone 13, iPhone 12, iPhone SE, Apple Watch SE and AirPods.

° From iMore: As reported by Action News 5, a man in Memphis, Tennessee was able to use Apple’s AirTag to help police track down his stolen SUV.
