Apple is looking for customer support workers

Apple is is looking for full-time employees to work from home to provide customers with support for Macs, iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, Apple TVs and more, reports Good Housekeeping.

“If you love exploring the ways technology helps you do all your favorite things, you’ll probably be great at sharing your knowledge with others. That’s what you’ll do every day as an Apple At Home Advisor,” the company explains on its job posting website.

Employees get paid time-off and product discounts. Applicants have a minimum of two years of professional technical troubleshooting experience or other proven technical ability. They also should be familiar with supporting customers via phone, e-mail, chat or in person. For more advance customer service experts, there are team manager and area manager positions open.
