Apple ‘Everything changes with iPad’ mini-site shows how the tablet can change lives

While sales of Apple’s iPhones and Macs have been breaking records, the five-year-old iPad has been experiencing a slump. Apple appears to be trying to counteract the downward trend with a new mini-site that’s been published online showing how the iPad can be used and positively influence the lives of users.

The “Everything changes with iPad” site is brightly colored, featuring different sections targeting what people use iPads for the most — traveling, redecorating, small business, learning, and cooking

A tap or click on any one of the sections brings up a list of different apps and accessories that can be used to have more fun or get more work done. For example, the small business section highlights apps to “get noticed” (Makr, Weebly, and MailChimp); Evernote Scannable for staying on top of paperwork; Square Credit Card Reader, Square Register and Groupon Merchant Tablet for mobile storefronts; QuickBooks, Numbers and SignEasy for performing back-office work on the move; OmniFocus 2 for team collaboration, and more.

It’s a brilliant way of showing potential iPad owners just what the devices can be used for across both personal and work life. What do you think of the new mini-site? Did it give you any ideas for new apps to try with your iPad? Let us know in the comments.
