Anti-NRA activists are calling for a boycott of Apple and other companies

Activists are organizing a 24-hour boycott of Apple, Amazon, and FedEx, due to their ties to the NRA, on March 1, according to Business Insider.

FedEx says it will continue its discount program for NRA members. Apple and Amazon have stayed silent about their whether they will remove the NRA’s TV channel (NRAtv) from their streaming options.

Launched in 2016, NRAtv includes 22 programs. It’s  available via theApple TV, Amazon Prime, Roku, SiriusXM, iHeartRadio, YouTube, iTunes, and Google Chromecast.

The protest organizers argue that NRAtv and NRA discount programs give money to the gun-rights group and foster gun violence in the U.S., notes Business Insider.
