Apple has confirmed that all 42 of its stores in mainland China will have re-opened today (local time), says Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. They were all closed in early February due to the coronavirus outbreak.
In related news, Apple says “as a precautionary measure, we are temporarily pausing Today at Apple programming” at all its U.S. retail stores. Today at Apple is a series of teaching sessions, interactive experiences, and demonstrations lead by the company’s “Creative Pros.”
What’s more, production on the Apple TV+ show ‘Foundation” has been put on hold in Ireland. “Skydance, along with Apple, have made the decision to temporarily suspend filming on Foundation,” a statement to Deadline.
