60-Second Tip: Assigning photos to contacts

When I receive a phone call from a friend or relative, I like to be able to see at a glance who it is who’s calling. To make the process of identification incredibly easy, it’s nice to have that contact’s face show up on my screen. In today’s 60-Second Tip, I’ll show you how to assign photos to your contacts.

This feature is very useful in iOS 8, since your “recents” and “favorites” are identified by either a photo or a circular button containing the contact’s initials. With your “circle of friends” on the Apple Watch, being able to identify someone from their photo will be extra-helpful.
