Satechi has introduced an updated, Apple-exclusive version of its R1 Aluminum Foldable Stand. It’s even better than the original, which is high praise indeed.
Compatible with iPhones and iPads, the stand is designed to elevate devices to “create a workstation, whether at home or on-the-go,” according to the folks at Satechi. (Well, I can kinda see an iPad being used as a workstation; an iPhone not so much).
The R1’s adjustable and flexible hinges allow you to adjust an iOS or iPadOS device to different viewing angles depending on whether you’re working, gaming, sketching with an Apple Pencil, watching fitness videos on Fitness+, following a recipe, having online meetings, or streaming a movie.
