16-inch MacBook Pro could be announced any day now

Rumors of the impending release of a 16-inch MacBook Pro refuse to die. 9to5Mac says “there’s growing evidence that we could finally be on the cusp of an unveil as soon as this week.”

The article says there’s talk on the grapevine that Apple will hold private press meetings any day now at a “dedicated location in New York City where it occasionally holds private briefings with members of the press to give presentations and offer hands-on demonstration time.” 9to5Mac concedes that, should there be such briefings, they could be for the previously announced modular Mac Pro and 31-inch Apple Pro XDR Display.

The Sellers Research Group (that’s me) is still holding out hope that the pro desktop, super-sized monitor, and the 16-inch MacBook Pro will all arrive at the same time.
